What is Street Soccer?
Street Soccer is FUN!!! There is no coaching, no formal teams, few rules and lots of touches on the ball. The object of the game is to pull off as many fakes and faints as possible and score the most goals.
Echo coaches and Board members will be present to make sure everyone is safe and has a good time.
Echo Uniform orders will be take on 6/29 and 7/13
Michiana Echo U6-U9 First Skills by Coerver Program
Fall 2014: For players 5-8 years old
Coerver Trainers will be training our youngest Echo members!!!
Players will not be placed on any one set team, they will be involved in Academy style training sessions with other players their age and skill level. Fees for the Mini Academy will be $115 per season for 8 sessions. Players are encouraged to participate in the Echo mini academy training in conjunction with a recreational program. (ie. Players are free to play MSA, EYSA, upward ect. while on the mini roster)
Training sessions will be 1 session per week on Tuesday nights. First Skills players will train for 45 minutes on tactical and technical skills and the last 15 minutes will be games, VS. ourselves, played in traditional academy style soccer, meaning the all players will be mixed.
Cost will be $115 for the fall season. Sessions will be held on Tuesdays 6-7pm August 26th – Oct 14th. Oct 21st will be reserved as a make-up session for weather related cancellations.

Soccer Player Refuses To Accept Penalty After Tripping Himself, Convinces Referee To Reverse Call
There was a remarkable moment of sportsmanship in Sunday's German Bundesliga game between Werder Bremen and Nurnberg. Bremen player Aaron Hunt went down in the box in the 75th minute. The referee immediately ruled that he'd been fouled by Nurnberg's Javier Pinola, and awarded a penalty.
